At Plus Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all decks, apparel, and hardware are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and shrink-wrap intact.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an RMA number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and ship them back to our Florida warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our shop crew inspects the gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
